parking management has in revistalising the UK’s town and city centres; proper regulation for the bailiff sector; and the need to put the customer at the centre of BPA thinking. As part of her presidential year, Anjna is keen to encourage those employed within the parking sector to advance their careers through training and acquiring extra skills.
