Te Kato EMD F40PH has been reborn! Retooled and refitted (just like the real locomotives were) to equip cab air conditioners and illuminated ditch lights, the N Scale EMD F40PH is now available in Virginia Railway Express, Caltrain, and Metrolink commuter schemes (seen above)!


To accompany this new commuter locomotive release, Kato USA is releasing new bookcase style Nippon-Sharyo Bi-Level car sets, which can combined with available individual cars or locomotives to allow modelers to build and store their own Metra and Virginia Railway Express commuter sets!
