Students from Norton Radstock College recently created a number of fabulous make-up looks in theAvant Garde / Fantasy section of their annual competition.

Hive supports promising students
Naomi Radbourne from South Derbyshire College and Nicola Cockerill from Burton College will receive mentorship, development opportunities and complementary products to assist with their learning from the Hive Education Team.
Naomi told GN: " Hive of Beauty have enabled me to gain firsthand experience in the formula development and manufacturing of beauty products. I have learnt a lot through being given this opportunity."
Nicola added: "Working with Hive of Beauty has allowed me to understand the benefits that quality training can bring to therapists and working closely with Hive's training and college department I now know this is definitely the right career path for me!"

Students created a range of themes including topically the Olympics and the Queen's Jubilee as well as the sea, stargazing, sugar and idols with one model's hair turned into headphones for 'silent raver'.
Prizes included trophies and Spa days for the students with Claire MacDonald from Bath winning the Outstanding StudentAward for 2012. "I am really surprised - I was so nervous I thought I had messed up. I had a running theme with idols of the past and present," she told us.
