Bosch


Bosch retailer training At the Bosch Product Centre, every training course is as individual as its participants. Good product knowledge is the key to success in-store and this is what we aim to achieve with in-depth training for added value sales. Courses cover key areas of knowledge, such as new technology for energy saving, and sell up routes for Bosch’s award winning freestanding and built in appliance ranges. A mixture of light hearted quizzes and interactive handsets add a fun element to each course and feedback is invited throughout to ensure that retailers are fully engaged in all the activities throughout the day.


De Dietrich De Dietrich retailer training


By developing bespoke packages for its retail partners, De Dietrich offers personalised training events that incorporate both theory and practical applications. Based either at its state-of-the-art De Dietrich Showroom and Training Centre in Basingstoke, or at the retailer’s own showroom, both product and sales training is offered. Working with core cooking products, shop floor staff receive full hands-on experience making recipes using Continuum Induction Hobs and Intelligent Multifunction Ovens, while features and benefits of all relevant products and demonstrated. The company’s commitment to training is very high on its agenda and is available to partners throughout the UK, Ireland and Channel Islands.


Domestic Appliances GDHA GDHA retailer training


GDHA has a rich tradition of supporting independents with exclusive retailer support schemes across all of its product ranges, which feature training at the very heart of them. The most recent of these include: ‘Built-in Britain Stockists’ scheme supporting sales of GDHA’s Made for Britain built-in appliances, GE Premium Dealer scheme helping to communicate many benefits and features of its GE side-by-side refrigeration products to consumers, and Range Centre support scheme to build and install a range cooker display to help create a unique range cooker shopping experience for the independent stockists who are part of the scheme.


Domestic Appliances Indesit


Indesit retailer training One of the largest in the industry, the Indesit Company training team is dedicated to the independent retailer. Seventeen field-based trainers visit the stores on a 4 weekly, 8 weekly or 12 weekly basis, dependent on need. Delivering training to suit the customer’s needs, the company takes a very flexible approach to its training allowing to deliver bespoke training sessions whenever required. In its training facility at Indesit Head Office, the company deliver a two day interactive training course or one day courses to give staff confidence to sell its products. The regional roadshows dedicated to the independents are a sought after experience. These are fun filled events and, in 2011, the company delivered roadshows at 14 locations.

Neff Neff retailer training


With a brand new purpose built, state-of-the-art Dealer Training Facility at the company’s head office in Milton Keynes, Neff now leads the industry with the very best training facilities in the UK kitchen appliance trade. The Neff Learning Centre is designed for hands-on training with tailor-made ‘working’ kitchen stations for group cooking activities and bespoke product areas for dedicated training from Neff’s full time Brand Training Manager. Dealer training sessions reflect individual requirements and all participants are encouraged to fully understand the way the products work by cooking with them and then eating the fruits of their efforts.


Miele


Miele retailer training Run from the its Experience Centre in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, Miele offers a wide choice of constantly evolving training packages for a range of experience levels. The Miele training team is committed to delivering interactive workshops with live appliances, which focus on the quality and features of Miele appliances, helping retailers to understand the benefits to the end consumer and increase sales. The courses are focused on the learning needs and objectives of the attendees, for example the Introduction to Freestanding Appliances course, introduces key messages through practical activities and discovery so that attendees leave with a sound level of knowledge that can be communicated to customers.
