Insight introduces state of the art iTrainerMini
F
ollowing on from iTrainer, the training aid that provides golfers with instant feedback on their swing, sports technology specialist Insight has developed iTrainerMini. The iTrainerMini simply clamps on to the club shaft just below the grip and is able to accurately measure and analyse swing characteristics of the user whether they are swinging a driver, iron or putter. And at just 15 grams, the lightweight and highly portable iTrainerMini has negligible impact on the golf swing.
By using state of the art accelerometers and gyroscopes, the iTrainerMini gives a direct, accurate reading of how and where the club is moving and so provides golfers with instant data on multiple aspects of their swing. RRP: £125

ECCO continues Natural Motion in BIOM Hybrid
T
he release of ECCO’s latest Natural Motion shoe, the BIOM Hybrid, is set to take shoe technology to the next level. The shoe is a near perfect shock absorber, as it has an excellent anatomical last which helps the player land more toward the mid- foot than the heel. This technology builds muscle that improves athletic performance and decreases the chances of injury. ECCO developed the Natural Motion concept through exhaustive research into the human foot, which included scanning 2,500 feet to create the ultimate fit.
The result of all this is the game’s first and only hybrid model that’s also a true performance golf shoe. RRP: £185
