MINNESOTA


Duluth; North Shore Scenic Railroad’s Elegant Dinner Train; 506 West Michigan St.; 800/423-1273 or 218/722- 1273; www.lsrm.org: Seasonal (August to October) on a regular schedule that includes meals cooked on board by local celebrity Executive Chefs from Duluth’s finest restaurants. Also operates four Murder on the Disoriented Express runs (August 13-16), a Fall Beer Tasting Train (September), Family Pizza Trains (late May through Labor Day), a Two Harbors Train with a two-hour layover for lunch, and a Lighthouse Bed & Breakfast combination run to Two Harbors, Minnesota (June through October) (call 888.832.5606 for reservations).


MISSOURI

On daily (except Sunday) excursions (March through early- December) the galley car Silver Lake offers prepared continental breakfasts, lunches, and snacks.
