BALLY COVER STORY
find games, contact casino personnel directly, access property maps, and more. And several Bally play-for- fun games, including Cash Spin, Code Red , Playboy Hot Zone, Vegas Hits, and Cash Wizard will be on display at the show and are available now at the iTunes store. Over the next year, Bally will
integrate its mobile and Internet solutions with its core casino patron, slot-management, and business-intelligence systems to give gaming operators a “single view of the player” and enable casinos to deliver a powerful experience to their patrons whether they are on the casino floor, at home, or on the move. “This is a very exciting step in the
evolution of Bally Technologies,” said Richard M. Haddrill, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. “As gaming expands outside the casino floor, our technologies will enable casino operators to reach their patrons wherever they are, bringing the casino to the players, and bringing players back to the casino.”
And at ICE, Bally Systems will
display its award-winning products, including iVIEW Dsiplay Manager (DM) with the Elite Bonusing Suite. These trailblazing products allow for unprecedented floor-wide events and bonusing.
Also on display will be the award-winning Service Tacking Manager (STM). STM is a browser- based dispatch system that interfaces with handheld smart devices such as the iPhone and iPad for faster routing of casino-floor personnel to customers. When a service request is generated through the system, such as a machine malfunction or patron pressing the service button, casino personnel closest to the patron are immediately notified, increasing the efficiency of casino operations and customer satisfaction. “The focus of our ICE exhibit will be on showcasing solutions that offer highly entertaining
experiences to casino players, while delivering a strong return- on-investment to operators,” said Bally Technologies’ President and Chief Operating Officer
Ramesh Srinivasan. “We will be showcasing our new world-class licensed brands, lots of fresh compelling game content, several trailblazing new play mechanics, and new floor-wide bonusing applications that deliver a truly differentiated experience across the casino floor on games from any
manufacturer.”
