Friday was the busiest day of all: The first
flight of four classes of PAMPA Precision Aerobatics planes, Fun Scale, more Combat, a buffet evening meal hosted by our gener- ous hosts and their helpers—and the not-to- be-missed Junkyard Wars Fly-off; check out the pictures for some highlights.
Tim Stagg, booted up to Expert after last
year’s successes, brought a new, sleek elec- tric Tsunami plane. Will DeMauro brought his almost-detail-finished electric Banshee. Bud Wieder returned with his electric Ryan’s Eagle. Jim Hoffman, from Phoenix, flew his beautiful Windswept 4. Mike Palko
returned with his victorious electric Mus- tang from last year. Dan Banjock returned with his rebuilt tribute to old racers, his Vista 39. Windy Urtnowski returned with his beautiful RoJett-powered Tribute. Kent Tysor brought his familiar RoJett-powered Strega. Joe Adamusko competed with a
Magician Ron Heckler with Kloee (above left) found a very appreciative audience of adults and children. Ron recently returned to the world of Stunt
