Lumaphore Joins ArcGen Hilta’s Ranks ArcGen Hilta has been named as exclusive UK partner of French manufacturer ELC. The agreement sees ArcGen Hilta, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of onsite power equipment, become the sole UK distributor of ELC’s most innovative portable lighting product, the Lumaphore. Mark Hodgkins, CEO of ArcGen Hilta, said of the partnership: “We have experienced strong growth in 2010 and intend to expand on this throughout 2011, which includes growing our existing product range and offering our customers a complete service. “ArcGen Hilta has a long history and reputation of providing reliable and robust machinery, and this product complements our current range perfectly, both in innovation and durability.”


Established for three years, ELC has designed, developed and manufactured the Lumaphore range for a variety of applications including construction sites, rail projects and outdoor events. The range has also proven popular in the emergency services and construction industries, as the lights can be easily fitted on the side of vehicles to light work zones and ensure safety whilst keeping teams working.
