Alongside the price cut, players can look forward to a range of new titles coming out around Christmas and across the New Year. Anticipated 2012 releases include a Mario Tennis title, Luigi’s Mansion 2, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater 3Dand Resident Evil: Revelations.
PAINTING THE TOWN RED The launch of the Metallic Red 3DS will be supported by a large scale nationwide outdoor campaign, with six-sheet and 48-sheet posters advertising the new colour at over 6,000 UK locations. Nintendo will also take over the two towers on the M4 at Hammersmith with a digital screen advertising the red 3DS.
AMBASSADOR PROGRAMME Anyone who purchased a 3DS before August 12th has automatically qualified to become part of Nintendo’s 3DS Ambassador Programme. As part of this, consumers can download 20 free NES and Game Boy Advance titles on the Nintendo 3DS eShop.
