IT management software company CentraStage has been selected by PC PAL, the mobile computer report and repair service for homes and businesses, to underpin a new proactive IT support model for end users.
PC PAL will be able to monitor its SME and home customer’s computers and proactively respond to problems. It will also expand PC PAL’s product offering, which includes IT audits, PC and system monitoring, remote support, script and software deployment, device management and configuration, licensing and reporting – through one intuitive easy-to-use web interface.
