2011 has truly been a banner year for Chartwell. The year started with a brand refresh, which was launched at ICE with a new stand, new website, and new sales tools such as interactive e-Brochures and
product videos. Chartwell’s product release process was also refreshed at the beginning of the year with the introduction of their Rapid Game Deployment (RGD) technology. RGD enables Chartwell clients to quickly and easily deploy their online casino titles as soon as they are made available - with zero downtime. This means that clients can deploy Chartwell’s games utilising far fewer re- sources, which translates to significantly reduced cost to the client and the opportunity to generate revenue faster. With RGD in place, Chartwell was also able to expand its port- folio of online games. By the end of August, the company will have released 38 games. This averages out at 4.75 games per month or an impressive 235 per cent increase in game output over the previous year. To maintain a predictable and consistent schedule for clients, Chartwell now releases games twice a month to keep up with the demand.
In addition, the company launched Live Dealer and the feed-

Amaya’s products fall within the land-based casino side of the industry, and by acquiring Chartwell, it enables the com- pany to strengthen its online gaming portfolio and to expand the scalability of its government solutions offering. A number of excit- ing initiatives have already commenced or have been completed under the new ownership structure while simultaneously identify- ing and leveraging synergies in all areas of the new company plus providing superior gaming solutions to their existing client base. The interim brand: Chartwell - An Amaya Company - will be in place until the end of this year until the brand transfer is complet- ed in time for ICE in January 2012.”
