Average Monthly Billing Take the Ups and Downs out of your Bill

That dreaded high bill, you get at least one or two a year. The weather heats up or cools down and up goes your bill. Would it be nice if your electric bills were more predictable? We may have the perfect program for you, Budget Billing (Average Monthly Billing). With Budget Billing, you will know

what to expect on your electric bill because the amount will be approximately the same month after month, throughout peak cooling and heating periods. It does not reduce your electric bill, but will smooth out your charg- es and help you manage your electric bill. It will take the ups and downs out of your bill. With our Budget Billing Plan, your elec- tric bill is calculated by adding your current

actual electric bill to your previous 11 months total and dividing by 12. The purpose is to help make your electric ser- vice costs easier to budget because you receive approximately the same size bill each month. This plan is especially valu- able for anyone on a budget or limited income. There is no charge for using the Bud- get Billing Plan. This is a service that we provide to our members to make it easier to budget your electric bills. For more information on how to sign up for Budget Billing (Average Monthly Billing), contact LREC at 918-772-2526 or toll free at 800-364-5732.

The law requires all voters to produce a govern- ment-issued form of identification to prove their iden- tity before they are allowed to vote. A document used for proof of identity must include your name, which must match your name on your voter registration re- cord, a photograph of you, and an expiration date that is later than election day. Voters whose full legal name is on both their proof

of identity and on their voter registration record should have no problem at the polls. However, voters whose names have changed due to marriage or divorce and voters who may have registered to vote under a nick- name or a variation of their full legal name may en- counter difficulties. In order to verify voter registration information, voters may contact the County Election Board they live in, or they may visit the State Election Board Polling Place Locator website (http://www.ok.gov/ elections/ppl/index.php) and enter the information re- quested. The voter’s name will display as it appears in the voter registration database. A voter who wants to change his or her name on

their voter registration record must fill out and mail a new Oklahoma Voter Registration Application form.
