ommenting on the decision to retain referral fees, Francois- Xavier Boisseau, chief executive officer of Groupama, says, “This decision is really very disappointing and perhaps illustrates the lobbying power of those supporting the continuance of referral fees.
“This is not really about allowing access to justice but
more about continuing a business model that produces substantial revenues for the legal profession and others who benefit, at the expense of those who pay the insurance premiums that meet the cost of the rising tide of legal compensation and costs.” He concludes, “This is the wrong decision for the wrong reasons.”

with RBS Insurance to launch a new car insurance product, with RBS Insurance providing underwriting, sales, service, and claims management support. Nectar card holders will be
