Get practical in this special Refugee Week Adult Art class. Using the amazing embroidery of the Uzbek Suzanis as inspiration, we will be aiming to create an embroidered patchwork quilt to display in the museum. Beginners are welcome. Since 2007, Challenging Attitudes Workshops has been using these techniques to discuss the social justice issues surrounding race, gender, disability, class and poverty in Glasgow.
