Eat, Learn, Share and Be Merry… and Healthy!!


Help create a healthier Connecticut at Natural Awakenings Holistic Networking Breakfasts! These free monthly events (hosted by a local business or practitioner and including breakfast and discussion) are open to anyone interested in healthfulness, well-being and community. Come expand personal and professional networks, have a great time, and learn about organizations, services and products offered in the region that contribute to health and life balance. The next breakfast is scheduled for Tuesday, May 10, from 8 to 10 a.m. Diane Esposito, RMT and Holistic Coach, will discuss Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) as a means to healing and living a more vibrant life. The event will be hosted by Four Seasons Market at 875 West Main Street in Branford, CT. Please register before noon on May 9: 203.284.1204. June’s breakfast will be held on Tuesday, the 7th from 8 to10 a.m. It will be hosted by Virna Lisa, Director and Owner of Eco Yoga Studio. She will speak about the philosophy behind Eco Yoga.
