its sister brands – The Langham, Langham Place, Eaton Luxe and Eaton Smart – are now aligned under one entity – the Langham Hospitality Group, prior to a planned major expansion over the next few years. The group currently operates 13


hotels in four continents and has a further 15 in the pipeline (a total of 8,786 rooms) but is looking to a target of 30 hotels in three years and 50 hotels within five, according to the managing director of The Langham, Hong Kong and vp - Design, The Langham Hotels & Resorts, Duncan Palmer, who said: “Our aim is to get Langham into 10 or 15 key cities over the next three to five years.” Last month (March) saw the opening


of the 93-room Eaton Smart, New Delhi Airport Transit Hotel inside Terminal Three of the new airport building. Later this year, the Langham Place, Koregaon Park, Pune will open. In Hong Kong, The Langham Place,

Accor’s new 5-star Bali resort hotel Accor Hotels has opened the five-


star Pullman Bali Legian Nirwana, close to the entertainment and shopping areas of Kuta and Legian. The hotel is located opposite the white sands of Legian Beach. A spa offers Balinese massages.
