AS A FRESHMAN: Took the mound in 16 games, with 13 starts…Went 4-5 with an 8.16 ERA and 43 strikeouts in 64 innings pitched…Earned his first collegiate win at South Alabama (3/6), allowing one run on five hits in eight innings…Struck out season-high eight hitters at NYIT (3/20)…Earned clutch victories over Saint Peter’s (5/9) and Fairfield (5/15) as Siena was pushing for a spot in the MAAC Tournament.


BEFORE SIENA: Exceptional athlete, lettering in four sports…Named All-League as a junior and senior and Third Team All-State as a senior…Was also named an All-League basketball player and Male Athlete of the Year for Hudson…Uncle, Mickey, played professionally for the Seattle Mariners and is currently a professional hitting coach…Cousin, Michael, is currently in the Cleveland Indians organization.
