GENERAL: Tri-captain…A two- time All-MAAC First Team selec- tion who will once again help anchor Siena’s lineup…Pre- season All-MAAC selection… Possesses a lethal combination


of power, speed, and the ability to hit for a high average… A durable first baseman who has started 124 straight games coming into the 2011 season.


AS A JUNIOR: Finished the season on a school-record 23-game hit streak, tied for the sixth-longest active hitting streak in the country to end the year, and went hitless in just four games on the entire season…An All-MAAC First Team selection for the second straight year and an ECAC First Team All-Star…Once again, started every game Siena played, hitting a team-high .413 with 12 home runs, 54 RBI, 53 runs scored, a .733 slugging percentage, and nine stolen bases…Tied a career high with four hits at Marist (4/10), going 4-for-4 with a home run, three RBI, and three runs scored…Had another four-hit day at Bryant (5/3), going 4-for-6 with an RBI…Smashed a grand slam at Rider (5/1).


AS A SOPHOMORE: All-MAAC First Team selection…One of three players to start in all 50 games…Led the team with 16 doubles while ranking second on the squad in runs scored (41) and RBI (40)…Only player on team who had more walks (37) than strikeouts (36) in posting a .475 on-base percentage which was fourth highest in the MAAC …37 walks were tied for third highest total in the confer- ence…Posted career-best 11-game hit streak from 3/22- 4/11 with 14 RBI and seven multi-hit games…Slugged three home runs against UMass (4/28)…Went 3-for-5 with three runs scored and career-high five RBI in season finale at Iona (5/10)…Ended the season on a ten-game hitting


streak, batting .390 (16-for-41) with four home runs, 12 RBI and 13 runs scored…Recorded 19 multi-hit and 10 multi-RBI games.


AS A FRESHMAN: MAAC Second Team selection…Played in 48 games, making 35 starts between catcher, first base, and DH…Started 21 consecutive games to conclude season …Hit safely in 15 of final 18 games…Finished second on the teamwith 14 doubles…Led all Siena backstops, gunning down 33.3% (6-of-18) would be base stealers…Posted 11 multiple-hit and six multiple-RBI games…Hit .366 with runners on base and .380 with runners in scoring position …Team went 15-8 when he hit cleanup and 13-3 when he was the starting catcher.


BEFORE SIENA: Won McNulty Award as top athlete at St. John’s…Starter for the Bay State Games in 2005 and 2006 …All-Conference as a junior and senior for baseball… Lettered in baseball (four years), football (three years) and hockey (three years)…Division 1 Super Bowl Champions for three years in football…Won Division 1 Sportsmanship Award for ice hockey…Finished his senior season hitting .471 (second in Central Massachusetts Division 1) with a slugging percentage of .629 and 33 RBI.
