to open a fusion Vietnamese restaurant, and the existing restaurant location has changed to new owners 3 times over the last 3 years. Te landlord is trying very hard to lease this location with un-resistance term. First 6 months rent is free, with equipment and fixtures all in good condition.
Te building was built in 2007 – Period of 8 and the
facing direction is West 3. According to the Flying Star chart, it is a good chart with both mountain star 8 and water star 8 at the front. I asked myself why the business in this location is not doing well, even though the Flying Star chart looks good.
Now we start to analyze the floor plan as below: • Front door is located in the North. • Kitchen in the Southeast and South. • Storage room in the Southwest. • Restrooms are located in the West.
