The Gas Source (Nitrogen, Helium or Argon) 1. Nitrogen and the Max Dog Delivery System
Nitrogen is a very common gas, making up ~ 80% of the air we breath. The gas is cheap, in no danger of running out, and readily available. It is not restricted and no questions are asked about why one would want a source of this gas, although one might say, if asked, that you are working on a nitrogen gas system for your home beer brew and want to achieve the fine bubbles and creamy head associated with Guinness stout (Nitrogen is used to aerate Guinness stout)
Since 2012, disposable cylinders filled with nitrogen are available from Max Dog Brewing. These high pressure cylinders containing ~400 litres of nitrogen.
