BATH HALF MARATHON 2011
Secret World has confirmed places in the Bath Half Marathon on Sunday 6th March 2011 and we need people willing to fill them! The perfect excuse to get into shape for all those Christmas and New Year’s Eve parties! The Bath Half Marathon is one of the longest established and most popular city centre road events in the UK. Starting and finishing in the heart of the city and straddling both sides of the River Avon, this fast flat course is suitable for runners of all abilities. Voted the "Third Best Running Event" in the Daily Telegraph's Top Ten Big Runs, the Bath Half Marathon is one not to be missed!! To register for a place please email

BRISTOL 10K 2011 Sunday 15th May
The popular Bristol 10k has already become established as the second major road running event for the City of Bristol. To run the Bristol 10k for Secret World you can apply online by visiting

Secret World will again be applying for Charity places in the popular Bristol Half Marathon which takes place every September. The official date of this run is yet to be confirmed - please check our website for further updates.

For those of you who prefer a slower pace why not take part in ‘WildWalk’ supported by top wildlife and nature photographer and sparky Spring Watch presenter Chris Packham. This is your chance to get out into the great outdoors by organising a nature-spotting sponsored walk. To make your walk even more enjoyable, whether out in the countryside or in a local park, we’ll send you a list of 24 animals or signs of animals to look out for. Maybe you could all have a picnic or stop for a smashing pub lunch too! For a ‘WildWalk’ registration form please email

Anyone wishing to support Secret World in a running or walking event will receive a copy of our fundraising pack, sponsorship forms, posters/leaflets and full support from our fundraising team. Please note there is a minimum sponsorship requirement for running events.
