l Griphon School in Sherborne held a lunch which raised £60 for Secret World. l Mrs A Bishop of Bristol organised a Mufti Day at work and raised £23. l Polden Hills Veterinary Group held an Open Day raising £160. l Rowe Veterinary Group raised £76 through a raffle and carnival. l Julie and Paul of Westonzoyland Stores raised £120 by selling donated books. l Form 7R of Colston's Girls School, Bristol raised £50.41.

£10 can purchase 2 large animal transport boxes. £20 places a deer involved in a road traffic collision on a drip. £30 pays for a large capture net to help us rescue wildlife in distress. £50 X-rays a deer injured in a road traffic accident. £150 will enable an operation on a swan that has swallowed discarded fishing tackle.

Following an urgent appeal….Secret World would like to thank those who have kindly donated cat and dog food! We have experienced yet another bumper year of orphaned wildlife and as a result our stock of cat and dog food were completely depleted!


Help us continue to help wildlife casualties through the bleak winter months. We are constantly in need of wet cat and dog food (tinned or sachet) and any donations would be very much appreciated. Food can be brought directly to the Rescue Centre on New Road, East Huntspill, or can be taken to our charity shop in Burnham (Vicarage Chambers, Victoria Street, Burnham-On-Sea, Somerset, TA8 1AW) or put in any of our food bins located at the following establishments:
