It is my great pleasure, as the editor of The Wedding Planner Magazine of Charlottesville and Central Virginia for 2010, to bring you the latest insider’s
information about the best local wedding professionals and the variety of local wedding venues. We will talk trends, colors, details and the “must haves”!
We will also help you understand and manage the entire planning process. We will cover how to budget, selection criteria for choosing the most appropriate venue and tips on identifying the best vendors. We will also give you suggestions on choosing your wedding papers, decor, food, wine and etiquette. “The Wedding Planner” magazine will be your source for everything you and your family will need to plan your perfect wedding.
In addition to our beautiful printed magazine, we are posting an online edition on our website for couples to access from anywhere at anytime. A little bit about me... Lynn Easton Andrews
After graduating from Barnard College at New York’s Columbia University, I began my career in television in New York City, working as an associate produced and producer for ABC’s Good Morning America and CNN News. After relocating to Charlottesville, I used the organization and planning skills I learned as a television producer to begin planning major corporate and social events, which in turn lead me to found Easton Events.
Over the past 12 years Easton Events has grown to include a wonderful team of very talented individuals who have planned hundreds of lovely weddings and watched hundreds of brides walk down the aisle. We have developed custom plans from the small and intimate to very large weddings at an array of venues ~ private homes, wineries, hotels, and even open fields. With this wealth of experience we have a great deal to share with brides and their families in planning their own perfect wedding.
Easton’s weddings have been featured in Martha Stewart Weddings, Southern Living, Virginia Living, Weddings Unveiled, and in Sylvia Weinstock’s wonderful new book, Sensational Cakes. We were recognized as “The Knot’s 2010 Best of Weddings” for Central Virginia.
We simply have a passion for planning which we are thrilled to be able to share with you in this wonderful new magazine, The Wedding Planner of Charlottesville and Central Virginia 2010!
