SEXUAL ASSAULTS BRENTWOOD RD. AND RHODE ISLAND AVE. AREA, June 1 to June 30. A teenager forced a female into his apartment, where he sexually assaulted her. 26TH ST., 800 block, 1:20 a.m. Aug. 27. A man with a knife sexually assaulted a female at a school. ROBBERIES BENNING RD., 1700 block, 10:10 a.m. Aug. 30. Two men robbed a male in a parking area of a wallet at gunpoint. BENNING RD., 2500 block, 3:20 p.m. Aug. 27. Three male teenagers attacked a teenager at a bus stop and robbed him of property from his pocket. BLADENSBURG RD., 1900 block, 10:05 a.m. Aug. 28. Two people robbed a restaurant employee of a bank-deposit bag at gunpoint, then fled on foot. BLAINE ST., 3600 block, 10:45 p.m.


Aug. 26. Two male teenagers approached a pedestrian from behind and robbed her of a purse. GALES ST., 1600 block, 7 p.m. Aug. 26. A man pointed a handgun at an acquaintance on the front porch of a residence and demanded cash. When the person fled into the residence, the man broke glass near the door and forced his way inside. A 50-year-old man was arrested at the scene. H ST., 1400 block, 4:40 a.m. Aug. 31. Five men, one with a handgun, attacked a male at a bus stop. He was knocked to the ground and robbed of property from his pockets. The male was treated for injuries at George Washington University Hospital. KEARNY ST., 1300 block, 9:05 p.m. Aug. 30. A man followed a female walking near a Metro station, then approached her from behind and said he would shoot her if she didn’t surrender cash. The female said that when she saw that he was holding a rock, not a firearm, she ran away. The robber chased her, hit her head with the rock and fled with her purse. p.m. Aug. 28. A male teenager in a parking area engaged a male in conversation, then snatched an iPod from his hand and ran away. MINNESOTA AVE., 4000 block, 10:15 p.m. Aug. 26. Two male teenagers, one with a handgun, attacked a pedestrian, knocking him to the ground, and fled with a cellphone. MOUNT OLIVET RD., 1300 block, 8:25 p.m. Aug. 27. Two male teenagers robbed a male walking near a field at gunpoint. QUEENS CHAPEL RD., 2500 block, 2:50 a.m. Aug. 29. A gunman approached a male about to get into a vehicle and robbed him of property from his pockets. He then ordered a passenger to get out of the vehicle and robbed her of a purse. RHODE ISLAND AVE., 400 block, 12:55 p.m. Aug. 28. A male teenager who had been walking back and forth in view of a female sitting in front of a laundry business suddenly approached, struck her in the abdomen and fled with a hip pack. The female said that two other males who appeared to be accomplices fled immediately after the incident. T ST., 300 block, 1:25 p.m. Aug. 16.


One of two men who had been walking back and forth near a female sitting on a stoop snatched a purse from her, then fled with the accomplice into an alley. TODD PL., unit block, 12:01 p.m. Aug. 28. A man approached a pedestrian from behind and struck him with an object. After falling to the ground, the pedestrian was kicked and robbed of a wallet. He was treated for injuries at Washington Hospital Center.


FIRST AND N STREETS, 1 a.m. Aug. 29. A man approached a pedestrian from behind, knocked her to the ground and fled with her cellphone. 10TH ST., 3700 block, 3:50 a.m. Aug. 28. A man got out of a silver Ford Focus, robbed two pedestrians at gunpoint and fled in the vehicle with two male accomplices. 14TH AND JACKSON STREETS, 12:15 a.m. Aug. 29. A male teenager came out of an alley and robbed two pedestrians of cash at gunpoint. 19TH ST., 100 block, 11:25 p.m. Aug. 28. A group of at least 10 male teenagers surrounded a male and demanded his bike and cellphone. They then forced him from the bike,


attacked him with sticks and tried to obtain the cellphone. After a struggle, they fled with the bicycle. 19TH AND EAST CAPITOL STREETS, 11:03 p.m. Aug. 28. A group of male teenagers attacked a pedestrian near a Metro station and robbed him of an iPod. 45TH ST. AND SHERIFF RD., 4 p.m. Aug. 30. A group of people attacked a pedestrian from behind and robbed him of property. The pedestrian received a facial injury. 46TH AND BLAINE STREETS, 12:13 a.m. Aug. 26. Two male teenagers attacked a pedestrian from behind, knocking him to the ground, and fled with a cellphone, a wallet and a book bag.


60TH ST., 500 block, 8:30 p.m. Aug. 29. A man took property from a female pedestrian and offered her cocaine in exchange for her cellphone. After she refused, he fled in a gold-colored vehicle. THEFTS/BREAK-INS BENNING RD., 4200 block, 10:43 a.m. Aug. 30. Two male teenagers forced their way into an apartment,
