She elaborates on these three parts through her definition of magic, “…the marriage of breath, will, and desire. 3) Joy, and 4) Soul Healing. She offers spoken word instructions (where to place your hands to receive the blessing energy) and follow up affir- mations that plant seeds in the subconscious. I found the last track, “Chakra Harmony Balancing Meditation”, relaxing and deep. Judy Satori recommends, “Drink a glass of water before and after
listening.” She wants the listener to experience the benefit of flush- ing out whatever is released and no longer serves the individual. She also suggests repeated listening as, “Repetition is important to entrain yourself to a new energy pattern of thought and vibration.” The fourth blessing is an “Arcturian Soul Healing” whose purpose
