Living Consciously is an ongoing process of unfolding. It is one of those things that never ends because we are here to experience ourselves every step of the way and beyond.

For this reason, awareness – healing – feeling - growing- evolving- and – enlightening is a constant peeling of the onion that we each are. So many times feelings or thoughts come back to allow a new perspective or deeper healing. To say that we are finished with something or are complete with an issue is simply to deny it, not acknowledge its worth in our lives, or try to escape the fruit the lesson continually flowers.

It is alright to claim and witness woundedness as a stepping stone toward authenticity. We chose to

be here, first and foremost, for ourselves in an experience contracted before being born. We can choose to discover how great we really are. If so, evolution of that focus widens allowing radial reach for find- ing ‘our people’. There is a yearning to experience ourselves with those like-minded persons we connect to. As we move from the smaller circle of community, there is a desire to experience oneself in the greater collective. This is evolution, courage, and unfolding… but it is done through conscious choices. There comes a time when we must re-evaluate everything in life: what we choose to do, what we choose to think, what we choose to believe, and what we choose to be. These points will reflect how one moves and acts in the world. It also creates an outward ripple of energy influencing those that are watching us. Each of us affects our surroundings in either a positive or negative way, knowingly or unknowingly. This transmits not just to those in our immediate sphere but impacts all things that came before and all things that have yet to come. It creates the trajectory of our lineages, the state of our communities, and ultimately is the highly influencing factor on the conditions in our world. Studies have shown that only 2% of the world’s population can hold their JOY regardless of what shows up in ‘their’ world or ‘the’ world. That means the conditions on our planet are at least being saved by the 2% holding that energy. Although we would like to view all of the destruction, pain and lack that exists on the planet today…our focus needs to be on the impact that these 2 % are able to sustain for all of us. With that knowledge, imagine what would happen if 4% held JOY as a constant? What if we could get it to 10% as a constant? The situations that we are working to clean up in the world would be dramatically reduced. Where do we begin? We begin by taking responsibility in our own lives. We look at ourselves and acknowledge all that we have been. We forgive ourselves and others. We choose to make healthier steps. We pray. We meditate. We broaden our minds and open the heart. We recognize that we are not the only ones in this vast Universe, nor have we developed the methods that are best for our planet or our people. We come to- gether in unity, community and collaboration. We choose to no longer participate in gossip, judgment, blame or shame. We stay focused only on what good can come forth in, as, and through us. Participate in the things you require to be joyful and empowered. It is not supposed to look like anybody else’s life. It will not be the same. Dare to be bold. Dare to use your voice and express your gifts. Be the unique spirit that you are and allow others to be who they are. The ‘God’ within me honors, loves, cherishes, and recognizes the ‘God’ within you. Let us create on earth the heaven it was intended to be.

Warmest Respectful & Loving Wishes
