Alassa Retreat

near Limassol

Alassa Retreat is a new, purpose-built residential and holiday resort alongside Alpha Panareti’s St Andrew’s Golf & Country Club. Designed by award-winning London architects Scott Brownrigg, it is only ten minutes’ drive out of Limassol on the coast and some 25 minutes from the top of the mountain range, with its cool summer forests and winter skiing trails.

Providing a lower cost option for golf enthusiasts who want to own property a short distance from an 18-hole Championship course, the Retreat is composed entirely of apartments of varying sizes, some with private gardens and even private ‘cool pools’ - thus offering

a wide choice of properties suitable for all budgets. All are designed to blend into the local style of fl at-roofed building with arched balconies, with underground car parking and the most modern facilities.

Featuring a number of self-contained attractions, including large swimming pools and a Club House, Alassa Retreat will also benefi t from an amenity area at the main entrance - with a small supermarket and shops, taverna and, in due course, a bank ATM and a petrol station.

In addition to water and electricity supplied by Alpha Panareti’s own solar power

generation unit and de-salination plant, a major feature of Alassa Retreat will be its use of ‘geo-thermal’ insulation to reduce the electricity bills normally built up by heating and cooling equipment. With a naturally terraced development site, it’s possible to design ‘stepped’ buildings with one apartment at each level, with gardens spreading in front of them that provide natural, thermal insulation for the properties on the terrace below and so on.

Alassa Retreat will be developed at the same time as the golf project, with properties due to be delivered before the opening of the golf course.
