PROJECT TOUR
Tsada Acropolis
near Paphos
In Greek, acropolis means ‘a high place’ so this project is well- named. The properties are tucked into one of the highest ridges in the village, all angled to take advantage of the glorious views down through the valleys to the sea. The contours of the land create natural terraces, giving the architects the opportunity to place each building to the best advantage.
Tsada village is located on the edge of the Akamas hills, making it easy for residents to drive up into the wild country, to visit the local wine villages or to go down into the town. Paphos provides a wide range of entertainment for all age groups, from the go-karting schools and the water park, to sophisticated restaurants and the annual Aphrodite Festival, with its operatic and concert performances. A good, 18-hole golf course is barely fi ve minutes’ away, with two other PGA standard golf courses within 20 minutes’ drive as well.
And Tsada village has one of the best climates on the island,
with low humidity in the summer. It’s particularly good for people with asthma or other chest problems.
The project consists of some 120 units of apartments. Most ground fl oor apartments have gardens and most top fl oor apartments have roof terraces. Two large swimming pools with changing rooms and showers are within easy reach of every resident, with wide sunbathing terraces around them. Open green areas will provide breathing space, landscaped to create a pleasant environment in which to relax and enjoy the view.
A management company will look after the day-to-day running of the whole project, keeping the buildings and grounds in immaculate condition and providing help and information for both owners and visitors alike.
Tsada Acropolis is scheduled for delivery in December 2012
