Property management and rental
Clients who buy Alpha Panareti properties on the resort complexes, whether purely for investment or for their own use, will benefi t from a range of services not generally offered to owners in Cyprus.
Right from the start of planning leisure complexes, Alpha Panareti has built in management services for the properties, as a part of the Contract of Sale. All owners sign an agreement to become part of the ‘Owners Management Group’ for the complex, a not-for-profi t organisation run by the owners themselves and levying annual fees upon all owners to cover the costs of items such as general maintenance, pool and communal area cleaning, plus staffi ng of 24 hour administrative or security services.
In addition, owners can optionally choose to sign up for the services of a third party management company to look after their own particular property and to fi nd rental clients in the UK. The preferred management partners are ROPUK Aftercare, which offers a wide range of effective and effi cient services to owners, including repair & maintenance, inventory checks, cleaning, laundry and the provision of ‘welcome packs’ and ‘meet and greet’ assistance for visitors to the resort.
All of these services are welcome when an investment purchaser hasn’t the time to keep a regular check on each apartment, and ensure visitors enjoy their experience from the minute they arrive.
