Porto Mare

Porto Mare is a superb private marina complex on the unspoilt coast close to Larnaca Featuring a mixture of luxury, seafront private villas, elegant townhouses and well-appointed apartments grouped around natural water features and gardens, the marina itself will have 200 to 300 berths for yachts of all sizes.

A central Clubhouse for the use of all owners and their visitors will include administration offi ces, restaurants and bars, plus a few designer shops and a boutique hotel. With privacy assured by 24-hour security services controlling the one gated entrance to the complex, and away from busy holiday areas, it is nonetheless conveniently located for scheduled fl ights into Larnaca Airport.

This will be the fi rst and, we hope, best private marina complex in Cyprus. Planning is almost complete and building work is due to start early in 2011.
