All buyers should be offered a competent and sympathetic Aftersales service and this is a cornerstone of the Alpha Panareti philosophy. It ensures the client receives what they asked for but also extends beyond delivery of the property and snagging. It’s part of a longer-term relationship between developer and client.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
An essential part of all Alpha Panareti complexes of over 80 or so properties, property management is built into the Contract of Sale – with clients made fully aware in advance of the services covered by annual management fees. Undertaken by an independent not-for-profi t organisation, with active input from an owners’ steering group, such management is vital to maintain quality levels for users and investors.
RE-SALES SERVICES
Regardless of the reasons for re-selling the property, it’s important that it holds its value and sells quickly. Alpha Panareti’s commitment to quality contributes to ongoing value and the company does everything it can to ensure an easy re-sale.
RENTAL SERVICES
The secret of successful letting is active management. Alpha Panareti has partnered with a UK rental marketing company who will be happy to sign up property owners to their schemes, but this is by no means obligatory for the client.

To help clients feel secure at every stage of purchase and beyond, the company insists they use independent solicitors in Cyprus, with contracts and all other documentation written in English; by ensuring that mortgages are private arrangements between the client and the bank; and by providing independent agents in their own countries who have genuine knowledge of Alpha Panareti’s product and process. They also run ‘Client Clinics’, offering fact to face meetings with company directors and management to talk through and resolve any matters relating to sales, the build process or delivery.
