A rich history

holiday homes on the top of the hillside overlooking the sea.
Protected for the future
The village is surrounded by protected market gardening land and its main road gives immediate access to the Troodos wine villages and the mountains beyond. It’s unlikely that planning permission will ever be given to develop the fl at farmland in any major way, as this is carefully protected at government level, thus maintaining the great views from the hillside.
Kouklia is ideally placed for residents who want the best of both worlds – to live in a real Cypriot village, but to be near to beaches, sports facilities, shops and restaurants. Phase 1 is almost sold out, Phase 2 is over 50% sold and Phase 3 will be released for sale during 2010.
