Flagship BSF project Burmatex worked directly with students and staff, to specify a 7,500m² installation at Nailsea School as part of a flagship project within the Building Schools for the Future programme. The Burmatex in-house design team developed an overall scheme for classrooms, corridors, break out and reception areas, combining standard colours from the broad-ribbed Academy carpet tile range, with bespoke colours in the same product created especially for the school. Academy also has the practical attributes of being hard wearing and BRE A+ rated, ideal for a school

Quality and performance stands out
The new Library at Queen's University Belfast is a landmark building of scale and prestige seldom seen in Northern Ireland that incorporates a raft of products from MK Electric and Ackermann to complement the overall quality of the £50 million building. Literally underlying the building’s interior are underfloor distribution system products from MK Electric’s Ackermann range. The project – involving screed substrate in a raised floor application – deployed the company’s Onix Plus Outlet Lids
and Ackermann Slab Boxes. Click here to request literature
