SOCIAL SECURITY SCAM They’re at it again! Congress just added $4-plus trillion to our debt and now are starting to talk about major cuts to our Social Security along with raising the full retirement age to 69. The truth is the program is not running out of money. What Congress has done and continues to do is take our money to use for various pet projects while replacing these funds with government bonds. MISPLACED TAXES Presidential candidates who want my vote should pledge to remove taxes from in-home services such as electricity, water, sewage, phones, and Wi-Fi. Such taxes cut into our everyday way of life, dent our wallets, and reduce our consumer buying power. They are refl ective of a wartime levy, yet we are not at war.
