LAKE QUINAULT LODGE
it is surrounded by mountains. The lodge is the only place to stay within the Quinault Rainforest. Built in 1926, it is on the National Register of Historic Places and was constructed in the great lodge “parkitecture style,” with an impressive grand lobby and Adirondack chair-lined great lawn sloping down to the lake. The lodge dining room serves up
hearty and delicious fare three times a day. Breakfasts are massive and will give you enough fuel to spend the day hiking some of the eight miles of surrounding interconnected trails. Make sure to check out the world’s
largest Sitka spruce while here. Look for it off the Rainforest Nature Trailhead. It is more than 1,000 years old, 191 feet tall, and nearly 18 feet in
diameter. You can also take kayaks, canoes,
or paddleboats out on Lake Quinault. During the summer season, the lodge off ers guided Quinault Rainforest tours, interpretive nature and wildlife tours, and guided boat tours. From Lake Quinault Lodge, it is
about a three-hour drive back to the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

ductase. This causes your normal “manly” testosterone to turn into a rogue testos- terone compound called DHT (dihydro- testosterone). Dr. Brownstein says you need some- thing to block the 5-alpha reductase en- zyme so it can’t encourage higher levels of this rogue testosterone. You also need a solution that promotes a healthy in- fl ammatory response in your prostate. That’s why Dr. Brownstein formulated PROSTATE REVIVE®
. The proprietary
blend of 15 ingredients is truly a male health breakthrough. Ingredients such as saw palmetto, plant sterols with beta-sitosterol, pump-
kin seed powder, and others help reduce the production of DHT. Additional ingre- dients, including boswellia extract, pome- granate fruit extract, and pygeum, help promote proper infl ammatory response. Plus, nutrients such as selenium, zinc and lycopene work together to help the essen- tial health and function of your prostate.
