In total, 13 doctors with experience in dementia or asso-
ciated conditions were interviewed by Newsmax for this ar- ticle. Several requested anonymity for fear of repercussions from patients, colleagues, or superiors in their professions. All 13, without exception, agreed that based on the out-
ward behavior witnessed in public settings, Biden has ex- hibited clear signs associated with cognitive decline. Polling shows that the vast majority of American people
agree with the conclusions drawn by medical professionals. While outside medical experts and the American people
may have concluded that Biden is unfi t for offi ce, the ques- tion remains, what can be done? In the event that the president becomes mentally incapa-
ble of performing the duties required of the offi ce, responsi- bility would initially fall on the White House physician. Presumably, the doctor would then be obligated to in-
form the chief of staff , Cabinet, president’s spouse, or even the public of any substantive concerns that could aff ect the country’s national security. While working in the White House as Trump’s doctor,
Jackson administered a cognitive test, then made the full results available to the public. Last year Jackson sent a letter to the White House, co-
signed by 13 colleagues, formally requesting that the cur- rent president follow the example set by his predecessor. “I think all future holders of the offi ce should follow the
precedent set by President Trump that once a president reaches the age of 65, a neutral physician should begin in- corporating cognitive screening exams,” Jackson said. “But I can tell you right now Biden’s staff would never
allow him to take that test,” he said. “They know he would have absolutely zero chance of passing it. “Right now, we have someone who is not well in the Oval
Offi ce and there is absolutely nothing we can do about it. I’d be lying if I said it didn’t keep me up at night. I’m worried for our country.” Newsmax made several inquiries to the White House for
comment on both Biden’s cognitive state and if he would be willing to take a cognitive exam. The calls were not re- turned.

White House Physicians Can’t Be Trusted to Come Clean They have vested interest in keeping the president in power.
A
merican history is littered with numerous examples
of White House doctors and others close to the president concealing vital health information from the public. The White House physician
is appointed by the president and works at his discretion. Critics claim that loyalty
borne out of the arrangement has all too often created a conflict of interest that has resulted in the American public being kept in the dark over important medical information pertaining to the diminished cognitive function of several past presidents, including Woodrow Wilson, John F. Kennedy, and Ronald Reagan. Wilson: The United States operated under an unelected
shadow government for 18 months after he suff ered a debilitating stroke. Publicly, Dr. Cary T. Grayson,
the president’s personal physician, declared Wilson’s mind was “not only clear but very active” and cited indigestion for his long public absences. Kennedy: He took as
many as 12 diff erent powerful medications at once — including Demerol, barbiturates, and amphetamines — to deal with various medical conditions. The public only became
aware of Kennedy’s health struggles after he was assassinated in 1963. Reagan: He was diagnosed
in 1994 with Alzheimer’s disease. However, historians
and family members subsequently reported that Reagan had begun suff ering the eff ects of the disease as early as 1987, a full two years before leaving of ice. Rep. Ronny Jackson, a
former White House physician, fears history is repeating itself. The Texas Republican says President Joe Biden’s doctor, Kevin O’Connor, should not be trusted to come clean to the American public. “I know the physician
personally; he worked under me, and I am sad to say that unfortunately, I don’t trust that he would do the right thing,” Jackson said. “He was Biden’s physician
for eight years while he served as vice president, and I think, at
this point, he has become part of the Biden family and would not be entirely honest with the American people. He would have too much to lose.” The cover-ups are all part of
the inherent structure in how the system continues to run, according to Jackson. “The authority and power and influence of not only the White House physician, but the entire inner circle, all derives from the president of the United States. Once he is out of of ice, their power is diminished,” he said. “As a result, there is an
incentive for a lot of people to keep the president in of ice at all costs. “I’m worried that this is what
we are witnessing right now,” Jackson added.
