Commercial property experts Barker Storey Matthews have been crowned Most Active Regional Agent in the East of England for the third consecutive year by commercial property research specialists EGi. A planning application has been submitted for a new 50,000 sq.ft manufacturing facility at Hollymoor Point in Rubery.
