occupation of a new, larger office in Aberdeen on the back of the firm’s growing workforce in the North East. Following completion of an extensive

fit-out project, CBRE has moved into a 3,250 sq ft office at 1 Albyn Terrace, an architecturally impressive granite building overlooking Queens Terrace Gardens, in the heart of the west end business district of the city. The office fit out, designed in

tonehaven is welcoming a new retailer to the town as the former Nisa store

on Brickfield Road has changed hands for the first time in 15 years. The purpose built single-storey

convenience store in Stonehaven has been sold by specialist property adviser Christie + Co. The busy and well-known store has

been purchased by experienced retail operator Silvanesan Thangabelautham from Aberdeen, who plans to expand the business to offer a wider range of products and services to the local community. Scott Goodwin of Christie + Co, who

handled the sale commented: “This is a well-established convenience store in a busy residential location. Silvanesan Thangabelautham has a successful history of providing convenience services in Aberdeen, and will be expanding this particular site in order to supply valuable goods and services to local Stonehaven residents.” The store was sold freehold close to

the asking price within a few weeks of being placed on the market.
