Industrial Park was the first development of new build development of starter units for a number of years within Livingston and has attracted considerable interest. It was decided in order to maximise
flexibility the party walls would be constructed in response to demand to allow various configurations to be let. To date 50 % of the units are occupied with a further 4 under offer. Rental levels have progressed from £6 to £6.50 per sq.ft and leases of between 5-10 years have been

Current occupiers include Shine Cleaning, Marionville Models, Knightstridge Garages and Flex Medical. With
independent access directly from Appleton Parkway, Eliburn Industrial Park is conveniently
located close to junctions 3 and 3A of the M8 motorway, and to the north west of Livingston town centre. Both Glasgow and Edinburgh are just a short distance away, and a number of other key UK cities are easily accessible by road. JLL and Bilfinger GVA are jointly marketing the scheme for Gladman.
