This fellow hails from Washington DC and makes eclectic, if modern- sounding, alternative pop. He’s just released his second album – and debut for 4AD Records – Farm To Table, and Buzz’s Hannah gave it a glowing review, so I’ll hand you over to her, by which I mean paste bits of her words here. “A shapeshifter with genuine grit, girth and emotionality … celeb fans as varied (apparently) as Hayley Williams, Ryan Reynolds and Phoebe Bridgers … meditatively drift away into Strange’s lush soundscapes.” Cheers!
