Leading sports brand Limitless and The Youth Sport Trust (YST) have developed a partnership to understand the sporting attitudes of children in the independent schools’ sector.

The YST is a national children’s charity working to ensure every child enjoys the life-changing benefits that come from play and sport.
Lisa McHendry, director of innovation and insight at the YST, explained: “We know that children who are regularly active have higher well-being and achievement, but less than half of children and young people are meeting the current guidelines for an average of 60 minutes or more of exercise every day.
“By asking young people in independent schools directly what they feel about PE, school sport and physical activity, we will gain valuable insights that can be shared across the sector to ultimately improve their experience and life chances.”
