Lovell dragon boat racers raise a splashing £1,410 for Cancer Research Wales
M Thanks to the generosity of their sponsors and the help of a £500 donation from Lovell, the team easily smashed their £1,000 fundraising goal. They joined 18 other crews for a day of energetic racing on the water at Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff. “We had a great time for a great cause and enjoyed excellent team camaraderie,” says Lovell project manager grateful to you. We came ninth overall but are determined to be back next year and will be trying to win! “ included three crew members from Lovell supply chain partners Ian Williams Carpentry and Fern Contractors. National housing developer Lovell is based in Cardiff at the Greenmeadow Springs business park, Tongwynlais. The company is currently working in west Cardiff, creating a brand-new urban village at the former Arjo Wiggins paper mill site in partnership with the Tirion Group and Cadwyn Housing Association. The Mill, Canton, will transform the area with 800 stylish apartments and houses for open market sale and for rent.
