Five-star Bellway offers five deals for Cowbridge home-hunter
Bellway is celebrating receiving a recent five-star housebuilder award by offering home-hunters five incentives on five selected homes at a development near Cowbridge.
The final homes are now available to buy at Edenbrook, a development of 27 new homes which is being built on land off Badger’s Brook Rise, in Ystradowen, and home-hunters are being urged to visit the site to take advantage of some special offers on a selection of homes. The housebuilder is offering free carpets, turf, a dishwasher and wardrobes, as well as use of its Part Exchange scheme for people who already own a property.
Bellway was recently rated as a five-star builder by the Home Builders Federation (HBF), which is one of the highest accolades a new homes developer can receive. HBF ratings are based on feedback from customers in the weeks after they move into their new home. Only 15 housebuilders achieved five-star status this year. Sales manager for Bellway’s Wales division, Carly Maidment, said: “We’re so proud to have been named as a five-star housebuilder by the HBF, and we thought this would be a great way to celebrate our recent success. “We’re coming towards the end of our work here at Edenbrook, and the last homes are
now available to buy. These incentives have been designed to make moving in as simple as possible and will hopefully allow people to save a bit of money when they make the move as well. A selection of four-bedroom homes are available to buy at Edenbrook, with prices starting from £314,995.
