NUSR-ET STEAKHOUSE This, the first Nusr-Et Steakhouse – which is now part of a group of 16 restaurants – opened its doors in 2010. With its boutique concept, relaxed atmosphere, vast range of meat cuts and a hint of swagger, it has established itself as a destination of choice for the serious carnivore. Owned by Turkish butcher and chef Nusret Gökçe – aka viral meme sensation Salt Bae – the menu sees native kofta meatballs sit comfortably alongside New York-style lamb and huge Dallas steaks.
