A new mobile app from rental software specialist MCS enables hirers to digitise shift allocations and timesheets, and produce accurate invoices for the hours worked. With the new app, shifts can be allocated in advance and pushed


to the operator’s devices to accept. Being digital, shifts can be amended at the last minute without having to contact operators to confirm the changes. “We know that it is important to be able to invoice correctly the first time and reduce the number of customers that raise invoice queries and refuse to pay based on either incorrect information, missing signatures, or illegible hand-written timesheets,” explains Sales Director Nick Thomson.
