Highest spec dumper ordered
Agricultural and groundworks specialist, John Dan O’Hare, has bought the highest specification JCB site dumper ever ordered in Northern Ireland – the brand-new Stage V 9T-2, which was configured to maximise safety and comfort for its operators. Supplied by Dennison JCB, the new machine boasts a SiTESAFE
cab with air chiller, Powershuttle 4 speed transmission, roadlight kit, front screen guard, skip guard, flexible lower Hi Viz step, 360 vision camera kit, SiTESAFE radar, white noise reverse alarm, skip raise warning and LED worklights.
“We were looking for a new site dumper and the JCB
Stage V 9T-2 is a very good machine. The cab is a must for operator safety, with some sites demanding it now. With the weather in Ireland, it’s also essential for operator comfort!” said John Dan O’Hare Director, Brian O’Hare. The new dumper joins five tracked excavators, two 3CX
backhoe loaders, four wheeled loading shovels and a Loadall telescopic handler in John Dan O’Hare’s fleet of JCB equipment.
Meet the new BoSS WernerCo has expanded its range of low-level podiums, with
the addition of the BoSS Pod 1500. Constructed from lightweight aluminium and designed for
working at a fixed height for long durations, the BoSS Pod 1000 and new 1500 models offer an all-in-one solution for single person usage. Tradespeople
can now choose from two different platform heights; the Pod 1000 with a safe working height of 2.95m and the new 1500 enabling users to reach up to 3.45m. User safety is
paramount, hence the stabilisers, ladder and deck on both the BoSS Pod 1000 and new 1500 are permanently retained, eliminating the risk of misplacing parts or using them incorrectly. Both BoSS Pods also include a safety gate providing 360º protection.
