News Roadshows roll on
An appetite for manufacturers to get out there and showcase their wares has seen a rapid uptake of stands at both the Scotland and West & Wales roadshows. The latest suppliers to sign up include absorbency and spillage control product
supplier, Fentex – we can see their kit going down well for those with messy workshop floors. Meanwhile illumination behemoths Trime need little introduction, but we expect the company to be highlighting its battery and hybrid products. Both will feature prominently at the Scotland roadshow, taking place at the Glasgow Argyle St. Marriott on October 19. Also on show north of the border will be surface prep experts Trelawny and
forward-thinking power, lighting and fuel storage specialists MHM. Both will also be at the West & Wales event, which will be at the Filton Holiday Inn in Bristol on December 1. As mentioned last month, MHM will occupy the largest stand at EHS 2022.
This month we learn that the company has also taken advantage of the aisle running through its space, to separately promote its fast-moving hire products and those that offer battery, hybrid and solar solutions. With an expanded team and bigger ideas, they’re sure to make splash. Otherwise, stand sales continue to fly at pre-COVID rates – which is a
semi-miraculous thing to even write – and absolutely everybody who we have spoken to in the last month tells us how much they’re looking forward to the evening party. In short, it’s going to be a good ‘un!

for success Pinnacle Platforms, EHS debutantes and GB distributor for Sinoboom Access Products, has announced a deal with Cumbrian access equipment and plant hirer DS Site Services. The acquisition includes the Sinoboom 1932ME and 2732E
electric scissor lifts, offering platform heights of 19' and 26’7” respectively. “I really wanted to ensure we purchased the very best
products for our customers. In addition, that we would be able to add them to the fleet as quickly as possible. Pinnacle Platforms were recommended to me by a fellow hirer, who operate Sinoboom within their fleet, so I made contact," explained DS Site Service Director, Andy Dance. “It was great to hear from
Andy, he made contact in the early evening when I had a very nice shepherd’s pie on the go. So with the phone in one hand and a spoon in the other, our conversation began," added Pinnacle MD and family chef, Tim White. Interrupting the evening
meal is certainly above the call of duty. However, the order was agreed that same evening and the machines were despatched within 48 hrs.
