The Hire Supply Company is nothing if not a new product-generating machine. Joining an already extensive catalogue is the new Elite Twin Beam LED15WRPL battery powered light. The versatile and

eminently portable light can produce up to 1400 lumens at its highest setting, and lasts up to ten hours on its lowest. There are two different lighting modes to select – a 20° spotlight and a 120° wide angle task light, which can be set to 350,

700 or 1400 lumens. It comes with a USB Type-A to Type-C cable for faster charge rates. A highlight feature of the LED15WRPL is a magnetic handle that

rotates through 180°, meaning that users can attach it to any magnetic surface. The unit can also be used freestanding or it can be handheld as needs be.

Spider plan An east of England plant hire specialist has added a 14-metre

Hinowa boom lift to its fleet, to meet demand from customers for equipment that can operate in constrained spaces. Anglian Plant bought a Hinowa 14.70 Performance IIIS from

Access Platform Sales, the company immediately sending it out to its first hire customer. Anglian Plant Managing Director Joe Paterson said: "We're

height of 14m, maximum outreach of 7m and a travelling width of just 780mm. Track width can be extended at the touch of button to 1086mm for added stability. The tracked machine weighs 1700kg and is ideal for operating across rough or unstable terrain. It is diesel-powered, but can run off 110v AC mains power as necessary. The platform can also be supplied in all-electric mode with lithium- ion batteries or a petrol engine.

AJ Access to offer Zoomlion

of diesel pumps. The Super Wispaset 150 Eco is a 6” diesel pump with a noise

level of just 65 dBA at seven metres. Stage V classification means the new model meets stringent environmental compliance obligations, including greater control over the ultra-fine, sub-micron soot generated during combustion processes. The new pump is based on the Super Wispaset 150 within Sykes’

diesel pump range, but incorporates a smaller and more economical engine that provides fuel savings and lower emissions. It provides flow rates of up to 78 litres per second up to a maximum head of 27m and handles solid particles up to 52mm. Specifically designed for deployment in noise-sensitive

environments, the pump is housed in an acoustic canopy featuring a reinforced, bunded partition to eliminate the potential for hazardous oil spillages. It is also compatible with Sykes’ telemetry system, enabling fault monitoring and automated controls.
