Regional waste management companies such as Dior Ltd of Stourbridge purchased two 28m3


units mounted onto Volvo


FL7 8x4 30 tonne chassis whilst Telford operator Wellings Waste Management purchased a 28m3


Leyland Constructor T45 30-25 8x4 30 tonne chassis.


Orders were also received for 28m3 units


from Clwyd Rent-A-Skip for a unit to be mounted onto a Mercedes SK 3025 8x4

All of these customers were very happy with the quality, reliability and durability of the Dennis Eagle Phoenix waste collection vehicle range to fulfil the requirements of private sector waste collection operators. Dennis Eagle offered these customers bespoke build options for their waste collection vehicles including many optional extras which could be fitted. Customers regularly


collection vehicles prepped to receive third party bin lifting equipment such as the Zoeller high level lifter in this period which Biffa were a fond user of.

In conclusion, Dennis Eagle provided private sector waste management operators with a total one-stop shop for the supply of trade waste and industrial rear end loader vehicles throughout the 80’s and the 90’s, a legacy which continues with Dennis Eagle’s clients to this day.
